As the company began to grow in size and success, Erick Sr. realized that this was something that could become a legacy that his family could benefit from for generations. In 2012, he combined his first initial with his wife's to rebrand the company to E&M Carpet Cleaning. From then on, he taught his daughter Jennifer and son Erick Jr. everything he knew about running a successful business and cleaning and repairing carpets.

His dreams came to fruition when Erick Hernandez Jr. succeeded him as the new owner.

"After Erick Sr. wanted to become full time pastor, he passed the company down to me," says Hernandez Jr." I had mastered the craft before taking over the company, and now, as the new owner, my goal is to continue its growth and expansion. I have managed the company since 2018, and learned exponentially more about the ever-changing industry when I guided the company through its third rebrand.  I've become even more aware of how to properly clean all types of fiber with the right technique, chemicals and processes. I can proudly say that 4 Elements is a company that is dedicated to the same vision that our father had: the determination to offer high quality service and exceed customer experience whenever possible. When we leave the homes or businesses of our clients, we want to be able to be confident that we did everything we know how to do to get them the best results possible."

4 Elements Carpet Cleaning has done numerous accounts for Property Managements, Residential Cleaning, and Commercial, from carpet cleaning  to Carpet Repairs. We have made it our customer priority to get them out of tight situations if it's for a turnover for a manager to a customer needing cleaning before the inlays come over, we know the stress and have worked long hours to try and get them clean. We have a strong foundation to continue offering our quality services and expect to continue growing.
